Delivery costs

We have a few shipping options which we hope will ensure you get your parcel to you when you need it.

We use Royal Mail, DPD and UPS depending on the size, weight and destination. 

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch your objects within one week of receiving your order. We will always try to get your order to you as soon as possible. If your order hasn't arrived in a timely manner, please get in touch with us by emailing hello@objectstory.co.uk

International delivery

We currently ship to the UK and the US. Sadly, since the UK left the EU, new regulations has made it very difficult for us to ship to Europe. However, if you have your eye on a special piece, please do get in touch and we'll do our best to get it to you. 

Returns

We hope you will love your objects as much as we do, and that they will find a use in your home straight away. However, we understand that things may not always be quite as you expected, in which case we can offer an exchange or refund on your items.

The items must be returned with their packaging intact and in a saleable condition within one month of receiving your items. Please contact us straight away at hello@objectstory.co.uk letting us know that you would like to return all or part of your order, along with your order number, name and address and reason for return. We will then send you details on how to return your items to us.

We ask that you reuse the packaging that the items were received in to ensure that returned goods arrive back to us safely. So, please keep hold of these.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

In the unfortunate event that any of your objects arrive broken or damaged, please contact us at hello@objectstory.co.uk within three working days, along with your order number, name and address and details of how the products were received. We will then do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
